HHI 2 Bedroom Building Recommendation

My family normally stays in studios in the Live Oak Lodge building (11),

We will be staying in a 2 BR.

I am looking for recommendations for which building to request and why.

My favorite 2-BR location is Building 31. It's very quiet and has a beautiful marsh view.

And we have friends who've seen Dolphins from there. We always stay in Live Oak Lodge, too, in 1 BRs, but I've also heard that building 27 is very nice.

Building 29 is also nice. I've never stayed in Building 27, but I would be afraid that it might be noisy being so close to the pool. I've also heard Building 18 is a good location and view. I don't know though if there is a 2-BR on the top floor in that building due to it having a GV. I'm confused about the configuration of villas in the GV buildings.
