Sorry if this is a redundant question, but which villas are considered HH officially @ OKW ?

The additional bldgs that I've heard used for overflow/overbookings or if a HH bldg/room goes out of service are 15, 16, the 60s buildings (used mostly for those with mobility issues, as they have elevators), 27, 28, and 29. But, you should be placed in one of the official buildings listed by Deb & Bill, unless there are special circumstances.

Chuck,
what you're saying is ,if i have a HH reservation, those 8 villas should be the only ones that we should be placed in? If not then they're not honoring our reservation?

If they take any of the eight out of service, they might substitute another close by building. One of the buildings right across the Hospitality House was under renovation while we were there last week.

We're going the week of July 19-26. We'll see what's getting renovated then.

Not exactly, what I'm saying is, there are circumstances that legitimately warrant someone to be placed outside the "official" Near HH category. If a room were to go out of service for an expected reason, they'd need to place you somewhere, wouldn't they? They would place you as close as possible and do their best to honor that reservation. There is no "official" designation as to the Near HH category that I've seen anywhere on the website or paperwork, so basically, they could change the designated rooms at will, especially since there is no point differential. DVC, at least in the case of OKW, seems to have tried to make this category relatively fluid, since there is no specific "view" to contend with.

You can see my full post in the OKW Lovers thread... But we just returned from OKW... We had HH booked and upon arriving had to settle for building 62... As building 13 was under construction and there wasn't anything remaining in the HH area. It took some objections on my part just to get that.
