HH Room Recommendation

We will be going to HH next Spring. We'll be staying with another family in a two bedroom and a studio. We are looking for a good room recommendation for the two bedroom. We have asked for marsh view, 2nd or third floor. If anyone has any room reports, room numbers for us to consider, it would be appreciated. Thanks.....

We have stayed at Hilton Head twice so far in a two bedroom villa once towards the back of the resort (building 31 - very quiet) and last year in the middle of the resort (building 18 - I think our room number was 1831 but don't quote me). My sister and bil stayed in the main lodge in a one bedroom and they had a wonderful marsh view. I think we ended up with woods view both times but they were nice. The resort is pretty compact so no matter which building you end up with, you won't be far from wherever you need to go.

Have a great trip! DH and I are off to Hilton Head celebrating our 10th anniversary in a few weeks and I can't wait to get back "home".

We stayed this summer in building 18. We had a 2BR on the 2nd floor and my parents had a studio on the 1st floor. This location was wonderful for us. It was about half way between the pool and the lodge. It had a beautiful view!

Here is some <a href="http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=226883">HH Resort ifo</a> that may help.

There are no ground floor villas at the resort. All "first floor" rooms are accessed by 2 flights of steps (plus, buildings 11/12 do have an elevator). There are 21 Studios- 16 of which are in the lodge area (bldg's 11,12). The other 5 are located beneath the GV's.

Dedicated 2BR villas are found in every building except building 11.

Just request Marsh view- HH is such a small resort that requests for specific buildings/floors are often a challenge to meet.

Actually I have been wondering about HH myself. I would like to stay there in November. Probably 2005 if the point charts come out the same. Anyone have thoughts about this time of year? You probably can't swim in the pool. Probably to cool.
I don't have points at HH so I don't have 11month window only the 7 month. I would only want to stay Sun - Thur because of points. Do you think it is worth it?
Or should I just stay with my home resort VB.
