Has anyone gone to Hilton Head in December - specifically at Christmas? We've spent the last few years at Disney for Christmas and honestly it does get sort of crazy crowded by about the 23rd. This year we're thinking about doing about December 14-22 at WDW (at OKW) and then heading up to Hilton Head for December 22-27 or so. We know that obviously it will be cold and we won't do a lot of beach type stuff but that isn't an issue as we live pretty close to the beach anyway. But does the resort continue with some programming, especially for the 10-12 year old age? Our daughter will be 11 then and she loves programs - crafts, anything really. I think it would be a quieter way to spend some time after the Disney trip to just unwind and a great way (for very few points) to check out the resort since we've never been. Any comments?
