HH - Can't Get There Today - What Do I Do??

Well I can't believe it. Woke up this morning to snow. We live in central NC and were supposed to check into HH for three nights starting tonight. Watching the weather it doesn't look good for us getting there today. I'm hoping we can get there tommorrow. Do I need to call HH and tell them? I assume we will loose tonights points.

Call them right away and let them know you won't be there tonight, but are planning to keep the remainder of your reservation. Otherwise, they may assume you're not coming at all and cancel your entire reservation.

Technically you should lose points for tonight, but you never know. I doubt the person you talk to at the front desk will be able to make that decision, but you can always call MS tomorrow and plead your case.
