HGVC or Sheraton Vistana Villages w/teenagers?

I always stay onsite @ WDW in a deluxe resort so I am already spoiled and very picky where I stay at. This summer we may just be doing SeaWorld/ Aquatica and/or USF. It would be me, my sister and my son (17) and a friend for him to bring. Can someone please tell me which resort a couple of teenagers would have more fun at? the Vistana Villages or Hilton Grand Vac Club Appreciate any and all responses.

guessing - HGVC.

Hilton grand vacation club is a hilton - so it has things to do. a long, long list - it is on the TV - so make them decide what they are doing each day.

plus when you are tired you can relax in that wonderful whirlpool tub - while they walk to SW.

I've been to both (although it has been a couple of years). I would say HGVC. They are both really nice resorts but the Hilton would have more things to do for a teenager. They have the crouquet court and teh movie theater, If your son likes quiet, hanging out by the pool, the the Vistana villages might be better. As for activities, they were more geared to smaller children but the pool was very nice. They are both great resorts.

I don't know some of those activities were shopping trips.

Which HGVC? The one on Int. Drive is next door to the outlet malls, which I'm pretty sure most teenagers love....however, your bank account may not.
