I make this beautiful salad with lettuce, green onion, shredded cheese, bacon bits and blue cheese dressing. Then, I slice the white meat from the chicken I roasted and not even half way through....I'm FULL!!! Somehow it doesn't seem fair (but I like it)
We went to Rio Bravo for dinner. I had guacamole and chicken fajitas (sans tortillas, rice and beans, of course).
I'm full. I love ketogenic eating. It still amazes me that I have to force myself to eat or I don't eat enough. Just not part of my character, but I like it too
Isn't it FABULOUS! Saturday night we ate at a chinese buffet. I started with a small tossed salad with blue cheese dressing. Then I had a small plate of pick n peel shrimp and then TWO plates of crab legs with butter. I was actually bummed that I was full because I was looking forward to more than that.
But THAT is one dissappointment that I won't complain about!
