Thanks for all of the very kind thoughts and concerns!

Seemed to just be a very nasty one week flare up, that started calming down over the weekend... and the new meds deep seem to help also. Going next Friday for "Nerve Block" and "Cortisone Shot" to schmack around those bulging disks a bit more....haha!

All in all, able to drive and throw baseballs with the kids again, which is plenty in my book...

PS: charlie,nj is corn cool, and so is "Elektra"
