Somehow that giant soaking rain missed my street almost entirely, but blocks away there are downed tress and road closures. I had to head to work and I saw many heavily damaged roads. It took me 3 hours to do my 25 mile commute.

There was one block I saw, about 5 blocks from my home that looked like it had had NO RAIN AT ALL.. :confused3

Anyway, how bad was it for you?

It rain so bad that we had flooding problems at the stadium last night It not fun pulling tarp in sheets of rain. We had to cancel the game. Got home my house there was no rain in my area.

I hope the rain doesn't take you by surprise after all Nascar is in town today.. We got a TON of rain about 2 hours north of you this morning.. So far nothing else today... I'm sure its on its way.

I was in Fairmount Park this morning for the Philly Danskin Women's Triathlon. My friend and I just finished the 5K run when the storm blew in. It was horrible. Felt like someone was dumping buckets of water on our head as we walked to our car.

We heard on the radio coming home that there were 2,500 lightning strikes during the storm.

Luckily we heard about the Schuylkill flooding before getting on there and didn't get trapped!

We are all dried out now here, but this morning was the hardest rain I have seen in I don't know how long!! It took my husband a little over an hour this morning to get from Andorra to Langhorne. He said the turnpike was like a log flume!

We're just north of Pottstown and we got slammed! My back yard was a second swimming pool!!!! I was getting seriousl concerned the sump pump wasn't going to keep up! Thank goodness it's over. (for now)

Considering the fact that there is a hole in my roof and rainwater has been leaking in my walls...I am incredibly dry!

The outside though, not so much haha

I woke up this morning and thought it was 5 or 6 AM because of the lack of sunlight and cracked up when I realized it was 11:30! It was so confusing!

I'm at my fiance's house in Hatboro and it poured here this morning around 6:30am and 11:30am. I was laying in bed just watching the lightning come through the window...it was kind of scary! He lives next to a volunteer fire station and that fire alarm went off like four times in a row!

One of our favorite local eating places was flooded when we drove past today. All of their tables and chairs were in front of the buidling! I hope they didn't have too much damage!
