Hey MSPers check out the fare wars in Dec

Nwa and Suncountry are duking it out. Both are at the $200 mark and seem to keep going lower each day. I couldn't pass up the $197 on NWA and be able to use remote checkin.

I've been watching these fares also. But I'm grumpy - mostly with myself for not being patient. I bought in March when supposedly prices were soaring and it was uncertain if they would go down. Great news for anyone who waited. One night this week my exact same flights were at $188. Who would have thought.

You must have better dates than mine. I see $197 but not for times that I would like on the days I am travelling. But being I am on a Sat-Sat schedule this time, I don't expect a huge fare war. Though I am surprised that NWA has $197 and SC is still up over $300 for my dates.
