Hi all! DDDDEEEEEEEEEEEBBBBBBBBBIIIIIIIIIIII, nnnnnoooooooooooooooo, oh well, I hope things change :smooth: ............we still have to figure out how Tara will get to go! She is scheduled in a year round program, so we'll have to see...........

Yes, there is a roommate situation.................the old one is stalking her (and probably trying to get back in) and the new one................ :confused3 , hopefully it will all work out! She'll be home next w/e :woohoo:

I just wrapped for about 6 hours tonight, next is decorating, tree, finishing up the shopping! :dance3: I'm beat!! :bitelip:

HB to Mom, Jenny! :Pinkbounc

Nice to have you back, Luce! :grouphug: I hope you've been training, the HM is just around the corner!!! :yay:

Yes, DEb, GL to your godchild, we'll see about Jess, I'm not too unrealistic about it. It will be nice if she's not too far away. I did hear some wonderful things about the Bloomington, Indiana campus. What a small world!

Hi all!

Joanski has been discussing a Chicago trip and even mentioned before spring. Word to the wise, if you are a tourist, Chicago would NOT be my choice for a winter get away!! The lake effect snow is unpredictable at times and it's COLD up there!!! We hit a BLINDING snowstorm up there once in March going to the Big Ten basketball tournament and drove about 30 miles in about 3 hours. I am suggesting, if it works out, a day in early summer. I have said that even if you don't want to go to a baseball game, you have to take the train (yes, Lucy, the train....Chicago's equivalent of the subway) up to Wrigleyville just to witness the "party" outside before. It is a beautiful place and a blast to hang out when there's a game. Great shopping on Michigan Avenue. I know some cool little "joints". A visit to the Navy Pier is always a good one for the tourists too.

I had to turn down a ticket BEHIND THE BENCH for the Indiana/Kentucky basketball game tomorrow in Lexington.... :sad2: too many commitments with the kids (darn they get in my way sometimes!!!). Mark tried to get me to go and was going to take the reigns, but John's in a tournament and I need to be there... We have a dear friend in his 70s who loves for us to go with him. We drive and he supplies the seats. Not a bad deal considering his "pull" at the university!!! Hopefully he will call me this winter. He has 15th row seats here at IU; not bad!!! ;)

My mom got her first computer this week. She is now officially "connected". It is so funny because she has never worked one. So, who do you think is teaching her how to manuver the internet and e-amil....of course.... M&M!!!! :lmao: She was so cautions last night asking if they will be able to do anything like play games. She was about to die watching them work it like it was nothing!

HAPPY FRIDAY!!! :dance3: :woohoo: :dance3: :woohoo:

poor Ken, FOUR female drivers in THAT family :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Let me just say, right here and now, "they" trained those girls well....for Tracy to drive INTO NYC...whatta gal....you would NEVER catch ME driving near a city, i'm a country driver, even more, I make a better passenger, than driver...I hate getting behind that wheel. BUT, for the last 39 days, I've been driving to the city of Allentown and I'm really getting used to driving, but I'm glad when the "drives" are over, and mum will be home again from the hospital.

Oh, oh, I just thought of something, do you think "they" will allow Jess to drive to NYC in January..... :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

Not doing much this weekend except the usual :laundy: , Bob works today 1-10 and then tomorrow 12-8....'tis the season!

Right now as I'm writing to everyone, I'm listening to the CD from the Candlelight Processional from EPCOT....boy, I wish I could be there again. pixiedust: pixiedust:

to say hello?! :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

You know, guys, I have alot on my plate too, but at least a hello would make me happy.....

Oh, yea, soon we'll hear that Joannnnsie and Debs completed their shopping...... :santa: WELL, my friends, I would RATHER talk to you than
shop, bake, wrap, etc. etc. etc. :grouphug: :wave2:  :love2:

OH, Bob bought some Disney Christmas houses (on sale thru Disney website) - they are beautiful....Allie, you would LOVE the Minnie house....they are the cutest darn things...wish you guys could see them. pixiedust: pixiedust:

I hope I don't need to pull the silent treatment AGAIN till someone else writes on this thread (those silent treatments just KILL me) :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

LUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCCEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, I'm back! I had to drive Jessica to Scranton today for "ODP" training. Really fun! I AM done (for the most part) my Xmas shopping and wrapping! I hope you took it easy and relaxed today........you earned it! :grouphug: No, Jess won't be driving to NYC, sheesh! My girls will all be home next w/e and then we all just have a week before we return to FL with Tara (for another college showcase tournament!) And you thought Jennie traveled alot for sports! :cloud9: I'm really looking forward to this trip - Tracy is going to stay with Tara and we're going to go to all the soccer games!

Hope all is well in the Bolusi, Fisher and Tarrant families, enjoy the holidays and write back soon!! :cool1: :dance3:

Congratulations Jess
Sorry I didn't talk much over the weekened Lucy but I took my mum to see the black rock masters tennis in London at the Royal Albert Hall. This is a tournament for the over 35's and attracts lots of the oldies but goodies. We had a wonderful afternoon and then I treated her to dinner at Harrods. Yesterday was christmas shopping a WEEK TODAY WE'LL BE IN mADEIRA.
sORRY TO HEAR THAT YOUR MUM IS NOT TOO WELL (Whoops i think I hit caps lock!!!)

Well Congratualations to Jenny Debi John and Alex by my reckoning you'll be in the play offs. I did my best and managed to scrape a win over Ted, but Debi had to lose for me to progress and she's one point up on Joanne now with 60mins to play tonight, so there we go..never mind I've loved this season Debs and if you have a spare spot in a league next year I'd love to join.
We finish school on Friday we had a performance this morning by our lower school they repeat it again tomorrow , Wednesday evening is the juniors concert, Thursday parties and Pantmime, Friday Church service and Christmas lunch then I'm done!
Speak to you all soon
Love Lynn

CONGRATS JESS!

Briana doesn't get to get her license until next May when she turns 17.

Jenny - Happy belated birthday to Mom!

Anyway, Lynn, I think you are right. According to my calculations, it should be a Mother/Daughter and Mother/Son playoff season. Bring it on John! I wonder if we get to pick up new players????

Yes, Luce, almost done with my shopping. Just 2 more people to get, now if my niece would ever call me back so I can get her kids done, we will be in business. I am not usually this good. Usually I am running last minute. My cards will hopefully go out by the middle of this week, so that's a good thing too! Wrapped most of the gifts last night while watching Brothers and Sisters (love that show)

Debi

Hey if you can pick up new players one of you may want my quarter back Drew Brees he just scored 35 fantasy points all by himself!!!!

More exciting DD events around here............I'll fill you in tomorrow when things have settled down! :confused3

I must wait till tomorrow :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

You just don't know how I need a good story right now....if everything and anything COULD go wrong tonight, it did.....I don't even wanna talk about it!
OK, I'll talk about it....SO, we allowed Bryan to use his car last night, for the first time in weeks, and it died on a parking lot in town....must have THAT towed, again! THEN, visit mother tonight and they are going to insert a feeding tube in her, I don't know WHY, I have heard from NO doctors, I am SO frustrated with the whole situation :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

My friends, when this FF season is over, what are you gonna do next?!!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Lucy ~ Why Fantasy Baseball is just around the corner!! Just kidding! :rotfl2:

Bring it on JoAnn!!!!!!!!!!! :dance3: :dance3:

Had a great weekend. We went to the Bengals game and our "Cincinnati babysitter" came downtown. She took the kids ice skating. THey have installed a new video board on Fountain Square downtown, so you can see the kids skate on the Jumbotron! (It's a small scale of Times Square!). THe kids said yesterday they showed the game on it while people were walking around and skating! They also went to a large train display and to see Santa. This new girl we have is GREAT!! The kids love her.

John played tonight and got to play on the A team. He score 6 points.

STILL NO CHRISTMAS TREE IN THIS HOUSE!!!!! :rolleyes1 I keep telling the kids I am waiting for the "Tree Fairy" to come and put it up! :lmao:

Off to do :laundy: :laundy: :laundy: :laundy: :scared1:

Ok, OK, I'm back! Tara is home...............I don't want to be too explicit......but...........we found out..............that...........her roommate has alittle substance abuse problem..............so.........we had her come home alittle early................needless to say............the RM's rents want us to "keep her" but Tara has told her RM that she is "out" so................we hope it's still in one piece when our family goes down at Christmas for Jess's next tournament and hopefully our little "friend" is gone..............There is ANOTHER SITUATION brewing.......... :grouphug: ...........I need a hug.........Tara's new roommate will be.............my FF manager!!!!!!!!!!!!!.............ENOUGH SAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :guilty:

FEEL BETTER, LUCE? Jess is now driving and tonight she called and said, "Can you meet me at Applebee's, I locked my keys in the car?" :confused3

So,...............anyone else have any excitement today??? :woohoo: WTG, John!! Anyone want to come down and cheer Ken on for his first Half Marathon in WDW in JanuarY? Bring sleeping bags and you can stay with us at the BW Villas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, ALL ARE WELCOME!!!!!!!!!! :moped:  I need my friends right now!! :dance3: :dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

Guess what, Lynn? Tara's first choice for next semester is LONDON!!!!!!!!! That means that next October, YOU AND KEITH WILL BE TARA'S "RENTS" SHOULD SHE NEED THEM! If she gets that location, of course!! Be ready!! :wave2: :joker: :yay:

Hey, Deb, good idea, keep them home or send them to WDW!!

Heck, who needs a soap opera. Just read this board. We all contribute beautifully!!!! :lmao: :lmao:

It's o.k. JoAnn, my FF manager moved in almost 12 years ago and hasn't left yet!!!!!!!!! :rotfl2:

NO LUCY............the tree is STILL not up!!! :confused3

I am still waiting on the FIL to come with my new carpet. It was on backorder but should be there any day. I hope he comes soon! I am getting excited!
