Same here, Luce! But, we'll call!! Mom & Dad are here, Tracy is here, Jess has homecoming, we have to leave early Sunday morning to meet her in Allentown for a soccer tournament with her new team!! :cool1:

Seriously, Ken and Tracy want to jog in Central Park tomorrow so we have to squeeze that in.....no worries, the rest of us HAVE NO INTEREST IN THAT! :confused3

We will leave early tomorrow morning and then call when it's reasonable........

Love you, Jenny & Kathy!! I KNOW we'll see you two soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :grouphug:

Well, we're back! Jess's team won 4-0 in Emmaus! Lucy & Bob met us there with the Broadway tix, how about that! Really cool! Hope Lynn & Keith arrived safe in FL; we had a blast this w/e with everyone! Also, speaking to Jenny throughout the day was cool! We missed you Jenny & Kath, but guess what Kathy???? Bob found the crocs you were wearing last summer and I bought them! Lucy was so jealous!!! :rotfl:

Lynn & Keith were as fun as ever and it was like yesterday that we were on the ship together.............we should all really sail together next summer.....what do you think??? :wizard:

Thx to Deb & Micco, for hosting and organizing..............dinner was excellent, thx guys! So.........our next reunion is scheduled for NYC in January (a few of us have a birthday around that time........ ) :moped: :dance3:

I am TOO OLD to EVER do a weekend like that again....it was so exhausting and SO MUCH FUN! :cool1: :cheer2: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Lynn, thank you for being such a good sport with us...we DO love you so much and LOVE your accent....Keith, thank you so much for wearing the frog shirt to the City. :dance3: :dance3: :dance3: I'm hoping you guys have a GREAT time in WDW, I know you always do. Lynn, you opened our eyes to alot of things we take for granted around here...thank you for that. :grouphug:

I can't tell you how exhausted Bob and I are....we both had very long naps this afternoon, not getting any work done (laundry)...although part of my laundry is torn up, don't need to laundry THOSE jeans, do I? Jenny, ask me about it. I'm feeling better, but I can't tell you how much pain I was in yesterday, especially last night running from subway, to ferry, to train...let's just say you didn't see my tears. But, today, I'm fine.

Deb & Micco - you always provide us with a wonderful reunion. We can't thank you enough. You go WAY out of your way for us....I invite everyone to JoAnn's or Bill's this summer so they can go out of THEIR way :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: ....joking Joannsie. YES, our next reunion is the 27th of January...Jenny - we have a suite again, but this time in the City....Kathy too....girls, it would be so much fun to have you join us. I know Debs is also checking her calendar, she can also stay in the suite. PLEASE come everyone.

Jenny & Kathy....Bill and Alice looked great, in fact, I believe THEY looked better than me - at least they weren't falling over....it was a GREAT birthday, Bill...next year? I enjoyed seeing all the girls too, we DID get to see Brianna too....AND, I enjoyed spending JoAnn's money too....Kathy and Jenny - you need to ask me about all of this. :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

ok, to the second floor laundry room :laundy:

Talking with you guys throughout the day yesterday was definitely therapy! I was so SAD not to be there. However, I had a great day with the kids at King's Island. It was a beautiful fall day; sweatshirt only weather.... They needed Mark and my attention after us "deserting" them and going to WDW. Anyway, we wore them out, so Mark and I hit Champs last night for drinks...

A good day..Bengals won and I see the J-E-T-S won too!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: Unfortunately Ted's 'Skins didn't do so well........... I was hoping they would beat the Colts and tone these folks around here a down little!!! pirate:

I promise to visit here more often...parent/teacher conferences Tuesday and Wed. I get off Thursday at 11:30 and don't go back until Tuesday!!!

Lucy now considers herself "in fashion", it has to do with ripped jeans......... :thumbsup2 ............I'm tired too but imagine how Jess feels, she went from NYC to soccer to field hockey practice to a "pasta party" before her first field hockey playoff game (tomorrow) and WE THINK WE HAVE PROBLEMS! :confused3 Lynn has a wonderful spirit and both of their perspectives are so cool! Especially, their appreciation for squirrels!

Conferences........yikes..........mine aren't for about a month.........BTW, I have a really cool website this year...........

http://www.crsd.org/503125927142855/site/default.asp

Let me know if you get chance to check it out!!!! :grouphug:

WOW... that was quite a weekend.... :cool1:
Boy, you guy's really party.... :Pinkbounc How 'bout that TONYS Resturant..??
that was a terrific choice Deb & Micco, also the Strawberry shortcake that nobody wanted :cheer2: I'm saving the cigar and "Fixer" for some special occasion :rolleyes1 I enjoyed the card Deb,I like your artwork.... :sunny:
Let's see ...I have a fishing game to pass the hours away,(Bob and Lucy), :teeth: and new Hat from "across the pond" (I've been wearing it everywhere I go)Lynn&Keith :wave2: Somehow the "Sweet" from Lynn got away....!! :rolleyes1 ..... don't OD on that chocolet.... :joker:
But the real thankyou goes to the Son-in-law and Daughter (Plus those GD"S).... Nobody gives up more than they do..She thinks of everything, never fails to hold back at any expense.... :Pinkbounc ...You know I would never go to the trouble that Joanski goes to :woohoo:.....BTW I checked out the Goodnoe web page ,pretty neat... :cheer2: to all that sent cards ,letter's messages, etc. ...thankyou,God Bless... I'm gonna crash :surfweb:

I hope we can do that EVERY year, Bill. Was so much fun celebrating your birthday with your family and our friends, even though some were missing,
they were truly there in spirit :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

just LOVED those gifts from Micco, Bill....if we don't hear from you in a few days, I know what happened :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Beautiful, beautiful granddaughters you have, had so much fun with them, and Alex too - I LOVE being with those young girls and with their mother's charge card in hand.....let's do THAT again, Tracy and Jess, so many other things to buy, places to go..... :cheer2:  :cool1:

Can't stop telling my friends about the delightful Brits....although they are NOT my favorite people right now (yes, they are, in fact, they are the nicest, most wonderful and lovable Brits I know - please don't question me how many Brits I actually DO know) :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Next time....everyone needs to be there, do YOU HEAR ME :yay: :yay:

JoAnn ~ Your webpage looks awesome! I am in the middle of a total redesign thanks to the darn tech people I have to learn a whole new program!! EEK! :furious: It will be nice, but heck when do I do that???

Well a few days off for Jr. High sports and now basketball tryouts start Wednesday... He'll be lucky to make that team. He is about the sixth tallest in that group (yep, big corn fed farm boys!!). There are seven of them that travel year round and play all over the country...sorry, we have a LIFE!!! Now when they get to Jessica's age and a college scholarship is on the line, we're talking let me live that life!! But, these kids are just 12-13 and have been doing this since they were about 6!!! So, we'll see. I hold my breath every year. Personally, it doesn't matter to me as long as he has fun. Some of these people around here....jeesh!

12 hour day tomorrow with classes until 11:30, then conferences until 8. Hey JoAnn, BTW...are those REAL names on that conference schedule??? WHEW!!!! There's some doozies there!! :dance3:

Anyone feel a tremour (sp?) on Sat.?? It appears the epicenter was around NYC.....OH, WAIT did someone say there was a "fall"??? :lmao: :lmao: You know I am kidding Loose!!! :rolleyes1

Speaking of...we were at PI on Sunday night and some guy tried to hit on me. Mark & I were laughing about it. Anyway, we go to get back on the dance floor and Mark falls down the stairs!!! :rotfl2: Didn't spill a drop of beer though!!! The guys sees Mark and gives him the thumbs up!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: It was hilarious! I asked Mark what hurt and he said his "pride"!!

What can I say....Jenny.........YOU STILL "GOT" IT!......your website last year put me to shame so I learned a few trix, yes, I have the United Nations this year.........however...........WHAT A GREAT CLASS!!! Nothing like it!! :woohoo:

I hope the boo boo is better, Loocy, don't work too hard this week, let yourself heal! :happytv:

So, after the whirlwind trip to NYC, the game in Emmaus, PA (thx again for the tix L&B), the FH practice by 4pm, Jess had her first playoff game where her team won, 3-0...........she turns to me and says, BTW, Mom, we have the PASTA PARTY AT OUR HOUSE TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :guilty: That's about 25 FH players at my house............stuffed shells, mac and cheese, ground beef, salad, etc.........tomorrow..........do I need to mention I had to immediately go shopping???? :bitelip: Tired, I'm not tired, what's tired.....................I know, I'm babbling............. :smooth:

:dance3: :wave2: It was all worth it!

It's taken me till now to recoup. We went to the game on Sunday, stayed for the whole game, by the time we got home we were exhausted. Yesterday, I felt like a vegetable all day, didn't get much done.

It was great to see everyone, but we really missed you Jenny and Kathy. I apologize again for Saturday night, but glad you all enjoyed your dinner! I will try to take my family back there sometime. I asked Micco why we never get into the city, when it's practically right in our back yard. We are going to try to get in more often. It was really cool, though, to see the city through Lynn and Keith's eyes, it was like being with 2 kids seeing Disney for the first time. When Lynn got to Times Square (it was already evening) she said "Wow it looks just like on TV." I got a great picture of them with the lights in the background. I enjoyed my margarita at the 8th floor lounge (but missed my buddy to drink it with - although Lynn enjoyed a frozen one with me). That was probably the most relaxing part of the day.

Jenny - I am sorry I didn't talk to you on Saturday, I was afraid if I did. I would start crying and then get you started...yes, I was really bummed that you were not with us! So I kind of avoided the phone. I do love you girlfriend!

Oh and I forgot to tell you guys, I saw my first subway rat on the way home. Disgusting!!!! Did not make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside the way Mickey does.

Bill - Glad you enjoyed your b'day, and we were glad to be able to spend the day with you and Alice, as well as everyone else.

Have a great day all!

Debi

14 conferences down and 7 to go. Oh, and two of my own kids down and one to go!! :thumbsup2 I had back to back conferences today from 2-7:35!! I was on a roll!!!!

I am ready for our little break. The kids and I need to hit a store soon as Mark's birthday is Saturday. I have nothing bought. I had planned a little trip for the two of us Thursday night, but he "nixed" it. While the WDW at Thanksgiving trip is still up in the air (really up!), it just wasn't "practical". I am kind of frustrated at DVC. There are rooms to rent at all of the DVC resorts, but nothing left for members! We're within 30 days....please DVC open up something for us!!!

Debs ~ Thanks for not making me cry. I was trying to "be brave" around Mark. I was feeling like a spoiled brat, but wanted to be there so bad. I especially wanted to see Lynn and Froggy Boy!! But, I enjoyed hearing about the trip.

I am whipped......have a great day tomorrow gang!!! :grouphug:

Hey, Jenny, seeing Lynn & Keith was like we were on the cruise yesterday! They were sooooooooo much fun! Like Debs said, it was like taking a kid to WDW for the first time! So, anyway, my Tracy, DD19 is thinking about doing a semester in London next Fall (wanna come, Alex?) and I'm thinking, even if I'm not around, Lynn & Keith are only minutes away........so I'm encouraging at this point, is that COOL or what.............then..........I'm thinking, maybe I should visit, should she go, of course, so.................MAYBE WE COULD DO A DISreunion in London if need be???!!!!.......next year................. :Pinkbounc

Let's get practical...........January27th.........is the w/e after my b-day and SOMEONE ELSE'S..........so if you already saw Wicked, perhaps another great broadway show could be arranged????????????????? I KNOW, Deb & Mic are in! BTW, Miccoooooooooooooo, about the little gift inside the bigger gift for the Popster........sheesh! :confused3

BTW, we are going to WDW for the first w/e in January, :bitelip: :woohoo: :yay: :surfweb: so Ken can run the Half Marathon, so is Lucy...........anyone in?? Kath?? :wave2: I'm not running, just maybe going to MGM :dance3: , etc.!

is Jenny a good wife or WHAT! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

There is NO WAY (isn't this true Bob) if I would have been that depressed and disappointed and sad about something THAT important that I would have kept it from Bob, the family, and the WHOLE WORLD. If I want to do something, like be with friends, Bob will work hard at giving me what I want because his life would be so miserable while you guys were together, it would be totally worth the money for him to send me. Let's use for example the
Med. cruise, if it turns out we do not go - LOOK OUT - he better have me in WDW during that time, so I can try to forget about the group being together.
JENNY - you are a great gal and I hope Mark KNOWS how lucky he is! :cool1: :yay: :dance3: Bob's life would have been MISERABLE this past weekend! :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: (right, Bob?).

Another night at the high school....I believe we are ALL getting just a little bit tired of being there....people are starting to work on each other's nerves with the show (it happens every year about this time). Let's just say it isn't going to get any better until after the show is over (Nov. 19). :sad2:

YES, everyone who can, please come to NYC in January - we are set for that date and want everyone who can to be there. :yay:

Conferences? no more for me, although I wish I COULD have them...now we must rely on that ever-dreaded report card - our first quarter is over next week.

I have TWO teenagers for sale, anyone want one or both of them? :scared1:

No thanks, I have plenty of teenagers, here!!

So, Jess scores the only goal of the double overtime, losing, final game of the FH season, WHY PLAY HER??? :rotfl2: Later, I will realize, WHY, I needed to build character again and learn why things that don't add up, happen.......

Seriously, let's just savor, for a moment, how blessed we are, to have met each other, and enjoyed our friendships, and enjoyed each other's company and HAD SOME GREAT VACATIONS........as long as we keep doing that.....I think we will be blessed............did I mention, my next big plan is to try to visit Chicago (maybe a girl's w/e shopping trip.....)

Sound good?? :grouphug: :moped:

CONFERENCES ARE OVER!!!! :cheer2: Our Jr. High and High School has conferences. Don't you guys???

Lucy....while your compliment is very kind, I am still hard to live with!! ;) You know that my husband has given up A LOT for me. First and foremost he took in a woman with a BABY. He has raised the child as his own (he says John is his in the eyes of the IRS!! :lmao: My CPA!!). He left the city he loved to move to this place with little opportunity (hey! That's in Mellencamp's song "Small Town"!). So, with that being said, I try very hard to understand that it isn't all about me. No, I didn't show my emotions because the man just took me to WDW and Tampa for 3 days. When we were at WDW he followed me around like a little lost pup. I got to call all the shots. And, get this, we only went into the ESPN Club once to get two beers to go!! Do you know how hard that is for him? I figure he will come through sometime. He knows how much I miss everyones!!

Thanksgiving at WDW is officially OFF........We have decided to go down to WDW a day early in the spring which will give us three days left before our APs expire. It really is more economic for us. I hate the word economical!!!!

John started basketball tryouts today....could be interesting!

Chicago doesn't require flying for me. I could do it alone as well if I had to! I know it fairly well. Once we get downtown, we don't need anything else. It's still kind of compact for a city. You guys laugh, but I have to take you up to Wrigley Field whether the Cubs are playing or not. It's like Yankee Stadium. A definite museum......all the big names have played there..even Babe Ruth! Don't fly into O'Hare. Midway is much more manageable..... Remember it is lakefront property, so it is COLD in the winter and spring...

I wonder if Lynn is still goo goo over the Halloween decorations!

Seriously, I HATE SPORTS RIGHT NOW! That being said, when and where for the Chicago deal??? Let's do Oprah while we're at it!......

No explanation needed, Jenster, the minute my life becomes perfect, I'll give you a call.............. :rotfl:

....feel SO SORRY for Jenny - the girl tried to call me this morning and wish me a good morning...let's just say I'm wearing my witch necklace and my witch socks, and if that doesn't tell 'ya what kind of mood I'm in, you just don't get it! :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

Chicago? never been there but would LOVE to go, except I know Bob will come too...no problem, right? AND, now I have someone to stay at the house, I don't feel nervous about leaving the kids home (the girl that stayed last weekend, sortof a relative, told me ANYTIME!). PLEASE, let us get this planned...I need to be with my friends and away from my boys...starting to get the picture why I'm in a bad mood this morning? :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1
I also would LOVE to see an Oprah show, I keep getting tickets for The View, now that Rosie O'Donnell is on the show, I believe it is NOT doing so well, and I really have no desire to see her myself (I did see the show a few years ago and loved it!). :grouphug:

January is a definite, let's make Chicago a definite. When this summer can we go to NJ? Oh, yea, some of you are going on the Med, right? NO, we haven't cancelled yet.....in fact, we have many cruises booked, the Med, the Wonder and I'd love to do a cruise on RCCL out of Port Canveral.....summer is so far off, why even think about it now (BOY, someone has GOT to get happy today, doesn't she?--but when MY HAIRBRUSH is missing in the morning, that starts me off!). :sad2:

I'll be back on a better day, ok? :dance3: :dance3:

Lucy with a witch necklace, witch socks, and can't find her hairbrush! So, did a wart grow on your nose by any chance last night??? :scared1:

Two more hours and I am off until Tuesday!!! :woohoo: :woohoo:

Sorry, I have no idea what Lucster said! Anyway, I'm in with the trips....Med Cruise 2007!!!!

Really, when in life can you meet with random strangers you met on a boat a few months ago and laugh about someone ripping their pants :rotfl2: or losing a sock? :rotfl2: What about "Bob Brought Us?!" How was that funny? :rotfl2: When was the last time, you saw someone from GB take a picture of a squirrel? :rotfl2: My pals got me to Ground Zero, (I was shaking like a leaf) and I saw growth, healing and renewal.........thanks guys! :grouphug:

I think it's sweet that we all care about each other but more important....WE ARE ALL FUN TO TRAVEL WITH! I really want to go to Chicago and I have no idea when would be best. I know Jenns is busy with football and baseball season so maybe once their both finished in February? Of course, I have no idea what my schedule will be then, my only conflict may be a trip to FL for Ken to run another race in February (and visit Tara.) Let's brainstorm!

Lucky you, Jenny, you are seriously about three weeks ahead of me, my conferences are November 20, 21, 22 just before Thxgiving. :teacher:

out of 21 professors in my department, only three were here today.
My boss is away today and Monday.
I've never heard it so quiet in the hallways.
While the cat's away, the mouse will play.......i hope Lynn reads this - she will have no clue about that one! :cheer2:

OH, by the way, when do Keith and Lynn leave for England? I hope they had a wonderful time, sunshine and warmth. It is so very cold here today, and we are about to have pouring rain with high winds, in the the next 24 hours. :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

Bob's weekend to work again, but tonight we have a football game (I'm not going though, when temperatures reach below 70 degrees, I'm in my house), tomorrow night a yucky family wedding, and Sunday I must go to a banquet where the high school show choir is performing - it is going to be one busy weekend (again!). :dance3: :dance3:
