sorry I haven't finished the blog yet. Mark has been monopolizing the computer in the evenings in preparation for a meeting the 30th. I have been trying to get some things done around here now that I feel like it. M&M are in bible school 9-12 each morning, so I have been using my time "wisely"! Don't worry Lucy, it's not "bad"! I do though have a "secret picture" of you!!!

Had my check up yesterday. Going well so far, but I still have some healing to do. I have to go back in four weeks.

Next week is crammed with appointments! Then the boys will be gone the week of July 4th (scout camp and vacation with X)so I have to get everything ready for them to go. The following week is WDW!!!! Mark and Mal will be going to see Mark's parents next weekend, so I get some alone time!!!!!!

Mark grandfather is not good right now......that could change everything

loved the blog....didn't the 'boy with cooties' look great with those cheerleaders....he also LOVES to get his picture taken with JoAnn's girls...
when we told him we were going with JoAnn and her girls next year on a cruise (oh, sorry, we forgot to mention Ken ), his reply was: ooooh-la-la

that hot dog, why even serve a hot dog - there was a POUND of cheese on that dog - tyler and i talked about that hot dog yesterday, when i mentioned ALL THAT cheese, his reply was: 'what's wrong with THAT'!

YES, a great time was had by all, BUT, when DON'T we have a great time when we are all together.....weird friendship, isn't it?

Jenny forgot to tell you about the table at Cheeseburger in Paradise (how close are you to Langhorne, i've GOT to go to that restaurant again for chocolate nachos)...so, Lucy had ONE LARGE Sangria, excellent in fact, but after she dove into the ice cream chocolate nachos, she was aimlessly trying to clean up the table in front of her, thinking some vanilla ice cream had fallen off her spoon, well, after about 5 minutes Jenny says to me, "what are you doing"....my reply: trying to clean up this ice cream....her reply: it is a PICTURE of water foam from a boat.....uh-oh, one too many sangrias.

Jenny forgot to tell you about the table at Cheeseburger in Paradise (how close are you to Langhorne, i've GOT to go to that restaurant again for chocolate nachos)...so, Lucy had ONE LARGE Sangria, excellent in fact, but after she dove into the ice cream chocolate nachos, she was aimlessly trying to clean up the table in front of her, thinking some vanilla ice cream had fallen off her spoon, well, after about 5 minutes Jenny says to me, "what are you doing"....my reply: trying to clean up this ice cream....her reply: it is a PICTURE of water foam from a boat.....uh-oh, one too many sangrias.

That was so funny! I did forget to mention that! I was highly entertained by Lucy wiping the table that I just watched her for a little bit! Yes, you hae to watch those pictures embedded in the tables! They'll get you every time!

Ok, that's funny! I love sangria, it's a great summer drink. I love the burb at the end of this simile!

Langhorne is literally the next town over. I thought we had a Cheeseburger in Paradise here, it's right next to Sesame Place. I've never been there!

We really need to come up with a plan when all of us can get together.....let's brainstorm!

Narnia Premiere was great go and see the film. So weird to be watching with 10000 people. Liam Neeson was there and lots of other celebs, I was on the red carpet!!!!

I'll be home all weekend doing nothing - Bob has his musical this weekend (at another school, not our school district) - he is directing "high school musical"....i think i might attend on Sunday, due to boredom

Sounds boring, Lucy! Sorry, I couldn't help myself!

Tara is at the neighborhood pool (she asked me to come ), Jess wants me to help her pack for "senior week." I've already gone food shopping with her (my third trip this week!), helped her write thank you notes, helped her change her bank account and (she also learned how to write deposits for the first time in her life! ) While writing her addresses, she double-checked where the address line went......... !!! Let's see, what else can I do for her? Make her brownies?, do her wash?, perhaps, make a packing list for her? The good part was that I handed over the soccer team info to my successor today!!!

I can't believe I wrote that post a few days ago about feeling bad that the kids grew up............THEY'RE BACK!!!

Hi, Lu..............where is Jenny? where is Lynn, the Rents?..........

We had a great day at the beach with Tara, Jer, and the Rents.....we finally had a BBQ with salmon, chicken and the normal stuff, it was really nice (b/c the weather forecast was iffy so it wasn't crowded!!)

Jess is in Ocean City, NJ on Senior Week, we're still trying to decide when to "surprise" her with a "drive by!"

Tracy sent me a text message with HER IN A GONDOLA, SHE WAS IN VENICE, ITALY TODAY!!! Just a little jealous!!!

All I can say is..............'HELLO, SUMMER'..................

We're back home! Had a nice, but tiring weekend. Friday we drove to Cincy and went straight to King's Island. M&M went off and rode rides together while John "pouted" in one of his teen moods. After we he realized his sibs really didn't "need him" he took everyone swimming at the indoor pool. We ordered pizza and enjoyed the porch!

Sat. we were at the waterpark when the gates opened. Since we have season passes we get to go in 1/2 hour early even though the water rides aren't open yet. Mark rented us a cabana. It was awesome! We could sit in the shade or sun, no kids running around us, servers to bring us snacks/drinks. It was fantastic! The kids ran around all day while we relaxed! I think we are finally at a point in our lives where we can at least relax ONCE IN A WHILE!

This week is busy with John flying to US on Friday for a week with X. Marshall leaves for Boy Scout camp Sunday. Mark and Mal are leaving Thursday to go to his parents and the Reds games in Cleveland. I am having a garage sale on Friday and maybe Sat. I look forward to some quiet time here!!!

JoAnn - glad summer has finally began for you! Lucy - hope Bob's shows went well. Fill us in. W

When I get the energy to go the GOOD computer and not on this laptop I'll try to get back and remember all the nice things I was saying about everyone else!

Do I feel better! We stayed at a different hotel (across the street from KI) and the beds were HORRIBLE!!! Even John complained and he can sleep ANYWHERE!!! I went to bed last night at 9 and slept 11 1/2 hours!

Lucy - it's usually the operator of the computer, not the computer!
