If it is the cold or flu, here is what I take. I swear by it.

Whenever I feel like I'm coming down with the cold or flu, I go to my health food store and this is what I get.

1. esberitox (chewable tablets-anti-toxin)
2. Colloidial Silver (natural antibiotic)
3. Chlorella (bolsters immune system)

I am usually fine in 2-3 days.

Lots of water too.

I wasn't sick until I read all that stuff. Wow, I think it works because your body is healing just so you don't have to take that stuff anymore.
I do try and DO on the Vitamen C when I am starting to feel down so I bet that stuff does work, but the names. I would get tongue tied trying to pronounce it all.

Ed, I hope Donna feels better quicker than you did. But we all know she will because women heal quicker than men. Not that they feel better, but they can't tolerate having their husbands "help" them out. It takes more time to clean up after the helpers.

You make sure you give her plenty of soup, and rest. Don't make her yell or overexert herself. The only thing she should be doing right now is laying in bed and watching TV. We expect to hear from you within the week telling us you made her better. Peggie

Ok, during the first round of the "Outbreak" Mystery Virus, I was willing to overlook this plague as being an anomaly. Now, I'm calling in the big guns. CDC, HazMat team, FBI & CIAholes if necessary. The Little and Otero families, respectively, pose an undue threat to the public health and should quarantine themselves indefinitely or until proper vaccinations can be created. This is a matter of National Security. I can only hope that WDW/Reedy Creek Environmental Dept and/or local Casselberry/Dr. Phillips' authorities will intervene.

I hope you feel better soon. I hope I did not give you anything - I was on antibiotics for 5 days before I had the pleasure of running into you in Disney World - so I was pretty much not contagious at that time.

I have to tell you I am still sick - it has been about two weeks now - just hope I feel better before my next trip - I have two months to go.
