Whole lotta SFR Treehouse hate goin' on here. Why? It's the perfect attraction for kids, almost never a line, and doesn't take up much space. It's a perfect fit for Adventureland.
Also Captain EO? Of course its campy and just begging for MST3000 parody, but that's the charm! If I was going to Epcot this year, I'd absolutely take my kids. I just wouldn't take them again. One time is enough.
And Tom Sawyer Island? You're kidding me, right? That's one of the little gems that make Magic Kingdom so great. It would be nice if they added some food service there and maybe a foot bridge.
I'm guessing the people who don't like these didn't visit them as kids. They're nostalgic attractions.
I will agree on three things:
1. Stitch needs to go. Replace it with a Wall-E attraction (I know it will never happen, but still).
2. Booking ADRs 180 days in advance is a friggin' joke. I can't get into the most popular restaurants like BOG for dinner because of psycho-planners that book a vacation 6 months in advance. Reservations should open up the same time as FP+.
3. I don't get the popularity of Soarin' and Test Track. I'm not saying get rid of them, but they're just not that good. I guess they're the best Epcot has...
And one more thing - I'm good with making all the parents with little girls line up for hours to see a college intern dressed as a princess, but it would be nice to have more of the vintage characters just randomly touring the park.
