Hello:
Does the Hess gas station near Boardwalk DVC still sell cases of water. Also, do they have a good supply of snacks (chips, etc.) Are the prices still more reasonable than that at the store on the Boardwalk?
Thanks!

Hey Margaret Mary, we live in the same town!! I do believe that Hess has all that you require, but a quick trip to the local Publix (if you have a car) will save you even more. If you are taking a private transfer service from MCO to BWV, have them stop at a Publix on the way.
Thank you so much for the rolling suitcase suggestion. We have walked many times from Hess to BWV struggling with the wine, water etc. Just never thought about the suitcase. We will be doing that this Oct.

Here is my solution for procuring groceries upon arrival. We rent a car for 1 day from National Rent A Car. Upon arrival; do all of our grocery shopping, Starbucks, ABC store, etc, and then return the rental the next day at the Dolphin Resort and then walk back to the Boardwalk. The Dolphin is a National Rent A Car location so this is perfect. We only pay for a car for one day because that's the only time we need a car. We take Disney transportation for the rest of our stay, and then take DME back to the airport. Instead of paying $250 for a week's rental, we pay $50.00 for the day, and have the convenience of being able to shop when we get there.
