He's Going to Camp AND We're Still Going to Disney:) Update Dec 14 post #665

I have a question about Test Track if you don't mind.

We missed it last time we were there, they said DD was too short. Does a truck come out at you? That is a bit scary if you don't know what the ride is. Please warn me so I can prepare our kids for any unexpected surprises.

I am said to see this is your last day. I am having a great time reading your trip report.

Thank you
Remmy

It doesn't really come out at you but it can be a bit scary the first time. The picture in the last update is the truck. I can tell you what happens if you want.

I'm still around reading your report. And don't sweat how long it takes, I'm still in progress on my report from September 07! LOL

LOL, yes there are some trip reports on here that seem to take a long time.

Happy Day After Halloween !! Hope you got lots of candy.
I was happy to see an update with new pics. :thumbsup2 You already know I love your pics, my favorite was the Spectro Mickey one.
I had no idea that there was a fireworks setting on a camera. Good to know as I decide which one to buy with the christmas bonus I will get this year. ;)

Thanks again on the pics compliment. I'm glad that you enjoy them.

Declan got loads of candy. This was the first time he went door to door. Up until now, we have always driven around to family members and friends. This year he went back into town and tick or treated with a few friends. As for us, we had zero trick or treaters at our door.

Who-ya talkin' 'bout???

I'm sure Declan is thrilled with his pile of candy! Did you say what he dressed up as? I can't remember.

Mission:Space is a ride I shall never see the inside of - neither green side nor orange side. I've seen it on the planning video, and that's a very closed in space. I'd be  :faint: before I ever took off on any mission!

And here's a teacher question for you both:
Why does the clock tick so much faster from Friday afternoon until Sunday night than it does the rest of the week?

Don't worry nit you MeMom. There are others on here that have been going on for a year or so.

Being the big WWE fan that he is, he went as the Undertaker.

I think Pooksma would agree with you. She has done both sides once and I believe that is all she will ever do. For me the feeling of the launch is an amazing rush!!

Sorry can't help you. This time of the year, I spend some weekends travelling for matches. Time always moves slow on a bus or sitting around a hotel room.

My family is a big fan of your photos!:worship:

We are planning on taking as many pictures as possible for our upcoming trip. I was wondering if you could please guide me on how many photocards to take with us. I understand it depends on many things, but I plan on bringing along 1GB cards (due to camera restrictions). I was wondering if you could tell me how many cards you use and the size of your cards so I can maybe try to bring along enough to get me through our trip.

Thank you
Remmy

I'm glad you and your family enjoy the pictures. It make me happy to hear other people think that they are good pictures. If you haven't already, I invite youto check them all out in the photobucket albums. WE only posted a few of the pictures in the reports.

As for cards, I only have two that work in my camera. I take a 1 gb card and a 256 Mb card. If I get a better camera, I will definitely get more cards.

Thank you so much for your response.

I did go and take a look at your other photos. Very impressive. Thank you for sharing those too.

Remmy

PS What do they do with the alligators in your picture? I also liked the Dennis Lee's poem reference.

Just checking in to make sure you guys hadn't been attacked by a moose or anything up there. You left me with your 'torture a claustrophobe' post and the ever so cute alligator pie song. We're ready for more, if you can quit hitting that volleyball around long enough.

I hope your team is doing well. Did Declan's cute little face help you land any recruits on that trip?

Glad you liked the rest of the photos.

I don't know what they do with the aligators. I would guess that they are taken to AK when they reach a certain size.

Lol, no moose.

We started out playing well enough to win our first two matches last weekend on the road. First big test comes up next Wednesday night.

I'm home this weekend so maybe I'll post a bit more. Pooksma is heading for the good ole US of A and Declan and I will be picking out our new kitty. And I don't know if he helped recruit any players but he did help out with the mothers.

Not an update but an introduction.

Declan and I visited our SPCA this afternoon and found our new friend...Luca.

He is an 11 month old bundle of energy

Hope you are all having a great weekend.

Cute cat and cuter son! Congrats and hope you enjoy your new addition to the family. Luca - I like that name.

Cathy

What a nice thing to adopt a kitty. I'm a cat lover so it warms my heart. Declan seems to like the new kitty. Very cute. I'm sure you will give Luca a good home. for Digger.

I saw the kitty earlier and thought I replied, but I see that I didn't. He's a cutie, and I love his name. Did you choose that, or was he already named that?

Declan is a cutie, too, as you've been told before. I know he is already giving Luca plenty of loving!

It took a bit before pooksma and I were ready to geta replacement for Digger but we knew that we would be heading for the SPCA sooner or later.

That was one of the names they were using at the SPCA but that was the name on the card when we went in. Thank goodness or Declan would have come up with a wrestling name.
