Hertz @.MCO Terminal C

First time arriving via Terminal C and picking up Hertz rental there [sched landing 11am].
In past always land Terminal A and go right to garage for Hertz [Gold member bypassing lines].
I've read mixed reports from several months ago people having to check in line Terminal C, or sometimes proceed to B side garage pick up due to lacknof availability on C garage.
Anyone with a more recent visit able to provide their experience with Hertz?

Our family's experience when arriving at terminal C was in 2 separate parties. One group arrived on January 23 close to midnight, they had rented a minivan. They went to the check-in line because they was no direct to garage option for Gold members on the C side [at least in their case that evening]. They ended up waiting in line for about 40 minutes only to be told that they had to transfer over to the B terminal garage to pick up their minivan there.
My family group arrived the next morning on a Friday around 11am. We went to the check-in line and there were a few people in line ahead of us. Things were real slow. So after about 15 minutes, we decided to just jump out of that line and go over to the B garage based upon the experience our other family members had the night before. It was a little difficult for us because we had a person in a wheelchair and we were navigating from C to the AB terminal over to the B garage not really familiar with the C terminal area but we made it. We were able to go direct to the Gold member aisle to pick up the type of vehicle we had rented and then as usual we packed up, checked out and I was pretty easy from there.
Overall, I would still continue to rent from Hertz but if I was arriving on C again, I would probably just go directly over to the B garage until I know for sure if they ever open up direct to C garage option for check-in for Gold.

We just got back and I can report on my experience at Hertz at Terminal C. We arrived on Friday evening around 7:30. We went to the rental counter and there was a small line. However, for Gold members there was a separate line entrance. We were seen right away. The car was ready and check in took about 2 minutes. They even upgraded us for free (you haven't lived until you've driven the new Corolla!). They do not yet have the boards where you can go directly to your car, although that is planned in the future. Maybe we got lucky because there weren't alot of people there. And maybe we got lucky because we were only trying to get a compact car. But the process was easy enough. However, there was a lot of walking from the rental counter to our car. I can understand it would be frustrating to have to go to another terminal.

I'm glad you had a better experience, makes me feel better about renting from them in future if we arrive in C terminal. Hope you had a good trip!
