Hi Folks:
We got a good deal a few months ago with future reservation with Hertz at MCO 04/08-05/11. I have a few questions:
1. We are Gold Rewards Members - can we go directly to garage and pick-up car?
2. I read on the website that we can request an upgrade. The deal we received was for a Kia Rio. Has anyone ever done this successfully? How do I do it?
3. Is there a specific isle for this car? Will it be selected for me?
