Does anyone know if you renting through Hertz, if you can skip the counter and select your own car at Terminal C yet?

Reports are yes, as long as you're there by 2300. If you arrive between 2300 and 0600 you have to go to Terminal B to get your vehicle.

When we were there in July we still had to stop at the counter for Terminal C. They were in the process of building the office outside in the garage so that may have changed already.
