Hersheys!

When I lived in America, I used to looove Hershey's. But since I moved to England (13 years ago!) I've fallen in love with Cadbury's. Now, when I go back to the US to visit, I can't stand Hershey's! I lost the taste for it :confused3 . But I still love Recess Peanut Butter Cups Yum Yum!
Never acquired the taste for Marmite tho... :scared:

When l first went to US my DD wanted me to bring him back a bar of Hersheys, so l did and when he ate it he said it tasted like laxative chocolate :rotfl:

You can't beat Cadburys or Thorntons rum truffles, my favourite :flower:

Well I must be an exception then because I like both Hershey's and Cadbury's although I've only had Hershey's a couple of times out of the different brands of chocolate I tried when we were in Florida in 2002 I thought it was the best - didn't rate the others as they just didn't taste like chocolate to me. Although having said that my taste has changed considerably since as I joined the chocolate tasting club (have a look on www.chocs.com) so I even find Cadbury's bland now.

I love those Reece's Peanut Butter cups though but I didn't find those when we went - my daughter brought some back from her exchange trip to Virginia.

I absolutely hate marmite but strangely like twiglets despite them having marmite on them. :teeth:

DB hates the milk chocolate but loves the cookies and cream bar. Says the chocolate tasted really bitter. Only tried the cookies and cream myself, which was really nice.

Thanks for all the replies- interesting! I'm willing to give it another try- maybe this is the excuse I need to book another trip! :)
