Outrageous. This is why people can’t have nice things. Get ready to hear “curfew” and “chaperones” real soon. I won’t be visiting this park anytime soon.

I second this. You can be in a place as tame as Disney… incidents still happen.

I almost saw one of those legendary Disney fights when I was in Paris. We were at the Agrabah Cafe, which is buffet style, and, well, they don't really have a set direction and such for getting food. I don't really know what happened, but I think one guy unwittingly cut in front of this other guy, and, man, he laid into him! I couldn't understand the language, but he was really yelling and I thought he was going to hit the guy. He didn't, and eventually walked away. The other guy did seem shaken though. I really don't know what happened, but it was about as tense as I've ever seen it at a Disney Park! I've seen a few arguemnts/adult meltdowns before, but there never seemed to be a threat of actual violence, but this was different.

I agree with previous posters. A group of rowdy teenagers got into a fight. Park security handled it appropriately, police were called in, and those involved were ejected from the park and/or arrested. I wouldn’t judge the park on what seems like an isolated incident. Haven’t been there in years, but my family always enjoyed Hersheypark.

Unfortunately there will always be a small segment of society who can't control themselves, whether in a mall, a theme park or on a cruise (DCL has had a few too). I don't blame anyone but the people themselves and they are the ones who tend to ruin things for the rest of us.

Shocking that anyone is dumb enough to start stuff at HersheyPark. This is Amish Country and there is not a whole lot going on so police have time on their hands, trouble will stick out like it has neon lights, plus countless people in PA have the right to carry so truly just all around stupid idea.

I raised two kids in PA, law enforcement does not turn a blind eye and press against anything unruly exceptionally hard. These kids will all likely get court dates, massive fines and cost their parents a lot of money for lawyers - a slap on the wrist s unlikely.

Hershey is a very orderly place, you can see the shock on the faces on onlookers.

People of all ages act crazy no matter where you go. We have never felt unsafe at Hershey. Our last visit a few years ago we stayed over a holiday weekend and we wore shirts for our favorite MLB team who usually was as of late not a great team but that year can’t time were in first place and in our hotel and the parks people of another team in our division kept coming up to us and saying awful things to us because they were upset they were not ruling the division as they usually were. For Disney our trips every few years are usually during football season around Thanksgiving and we have people from a rival team coming up to us and saying awful things no matter if waiting in line for a ride, sitting at a meal, walking around the parks, or in our hotel. This next thing has nothing to do with the sports things but have had several instances with guests almost starting a fight with us. The first is we were at the Muppets and there were so few people the CM told us all to sit anywhere instead of just move all the way to the end so we went to seats in the middle of a row. This family came up to us and started screaming at us that we did not follow directions and because of it we were stopping them from getting to where they wanted to sit or something like that. Another instance was at Columbia Harbor House where I was waiting for allergy food for my family they did not have the pager at that time and was told to stand at a certain spot by the counter and some guy yelled at me about how rude I was that I was in the way, etc.

Man, that's terrible that fans of opposing teams would say awful things to you. I mean, certianly some good-natured ribbing can be in order, but it shouldn't be offensive - it's just sports after all!
