Hershey Park hotel suggestions

We are considering a last minute (within the next month) trip to Hershey Park and were hoping for some hotel suggestions. The Hershey Hotel and Lodge are unavailable for our party size of 5, so any other suggestions are welcome. We're a family of 2 adults and 3 under the age of 5. We'd like to keep it under $200/night of it helps, and clean is a must.

Any tips on the park would be appreciated too

We are going next month too. We are staying at Mainstay Suites in Grantville. I think it's only 15 minutes from the park.

We usually visit Hershey Park once a year. It's a very nice, family friendly park. But be warned, there are quite a few steep hills. The kiddie rides are spread though out the park. There is also Zoo America that is included with your admission. It's not too big but it's nice break from the park. And don't forget to tour Chocolate World. There is a ride inside that shows how they make the chocolate.

We were just there last weekend! We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express literally one mile from the park.

You honestly turn left out of the parking lot, go to the light, which is right there, turn left again and you're on Hershey Drive. I don't think you can get any closer unless you stay at one of the Hershey Hotels. This was the one in Hummelstown. There is one much farther away.

It was also a nice commercial area with a McDonald's, Applebee's, etc. and a shopping complex right across the street from the hotel.

The pool was ok but not very big, nice hot tub after a tiring day at the park, and a decent free breakfast.

We've stayed at Marriott's SpringHill Suites. It's very close to Hershey Park and was perfect for a family of 5. Decent indoor pool and breakfast too. That would be my recommendation! Have fun in Hershey!

That's where we stay also! You can't get much closer to Hersheypark than the Springhill Suites. We're staying there again in July!
