Heroes -- Season 4

Is there a thread for Heroes? If not, can this be one?

DH and I have spent the past month or so watching all the previous seasons of Heroes and we are so hooked! This should tide us over nicely until Lost comes back.

We're only half-way through. (The show went past our bedtime!) It could be better than last season... we'll see. I like the less comic-book Claire. I don't like scardy Matt.

I think you'll be pleased with the rest of it.

I was a little worried about how they'd handle Sylar/Nathan, but I'm pretty happy with the coverage of both. I'm kind of wondering if they'll do a split personality like Nikki/Jessica so we can see both of them.

Yes, the whole Matt thing was annoying.

I liked the Matt storyline, probably because Sylar is my favorite character though.

Overall I liked the episode, I think the carnival heroes will be interesting. One question -- if Peter again has the ability to gain powers just by being near other heroes, how come his face still has scars from the knife fight? He must have seen Claire recently so he should have her ability.

When Peter found his father alive, his father stole his powers. For some reason (and I'm still not sure why), Peter regained the ability to absorb a single power by touching someone. But as soon as he touches someone else, he loses the previous power and gains the new one.

I agree about the carnival storyline. I think I'm going to like the tattoo guy, but I'm not quite sure what all his power entails. He can control people through tattoos, but how was he able to cover the grave like he did?

Bicker, that's not good news! Hopefully it will bounce back.

Hi guys! Just joining in! I LOVE Heroes and was looking for a thread on it - glad I found this one!



Did you guys get to watch last night's episode yet? I really did not like Gretchen at first but now that I know it's not her being all creepy, I don't know what to think....she still kinda freaks me out just a bit...

And they need to fix Sylar/Gabriel's hair like ASAP. The Peter Petrelli look does not work for him LOL Although I'm still confused as to WHY they didn't just use Claire's blood to bring Nathan back at the end of the last season? It's not like Noah didn't know it would work.... To me, it's just a huge plot hole and was only done to give this season a story line....

And I have to say that I was excited to see Ernie Hudson make an appearance, but why is his character such a jerk!?

I still watch Heroes but I really don't care about the characters anymore. It could go away and I wouldn't really miss it.

Not surprising. My husband abandoned it a few weeks ago and I only watched a few minutes of Monday's show.

And...is it me or...has Skylar been incredibly sexy lately? That kiss with Claire drove me insane!

And what is up with Samuel's girlfriend's upper lip? It's like a bad accident, I can't look away from it.
