Here's what we plan. What do you think?

All TS are for dinner. We're still having a bit of trouble deciding on CS meals for lunch as my DH wants to be in airconditioned places to eat. Any suggestions for breakfast or lunch would be welcome. We are using the Dining plan. It's me, DH, and DDs 2 and 5 We have a 7 day no hopper pass that I plan to upgrade to 8 days when we arrive. We are staying 8 nights at CSR.

Wednesday: DTD Lunch Earl of Sandwich or Puck's Express Dinner 1900 Park Fare

Saturday: No park until evening Dinner Teppanyaki's
Sunday: MGM Lunch Pizza Planet Dinner 50's Prime Time
Monday MK: Dinner CRT
Tuesday: Epcot Lunch Tangerine Cafe Dinner Akershus Princess Dinner

for the Liberty Tree Tavern or try the counter service at the tomorrowland noodle station(old Plaza) if money is an issue.

i would definitely substitute Liberty Tree Tavern or Ohana for Tony's. That was the worse meal we've ever had at Disney and we're not picky. For counter service I would try Columbia Harbor House in MK.

In the MK, we love Casey's Hot Dogs for Counter Service. At MGM, we didn't care for Pizza Planet, but the options are limited there. We plan on walking over to the Boardwalk for pizza from the Spoodles take out window. I would try 'Ohana or Whispering Canyon Cafe instead of Tony's. We haven't eaten much at Epcot, so I am of little help there. All of our meals for Epcot days are planned for the Epcot resorts nearby. Have fun!

For lunch in MK, I highly recommend Columbia Harbour House. There is a lot of air-conditioned seating, and the decor feels more like a table service restaurant than counter service. (Psst - if you go upstairs, there's additional seating and there's never many people up there. Keep it a secret though!) The food there is very good too. I recommend the lighthouse sandwich and vegetarian chili. Friends and family have also enjoyed the anchors aweigh sandwich and the clam chowder.

Pecos Bills also has quite a bit of air-conditioned seating, although the food is basic burgers for the most part (but pretty good). We 've never been to Cosmic Ray's (can't get away from CHH, lol) but I've read lots of good reviews and I believe they also have a lot of air-conditioned seating.
