Sure, that would be great!!! I do get postcards from DCL, but I also will not refuse anyone that would like to help out. If you have some postcards that you would like to donate after your cruise, send me a PM and I will tell you where you can send them.

It's never to early early to request postcards. Just send me a PM with children's names and mailing address and their favorite Disney character. I will see to it that DCL postcards will be on the way.

Please send me your DD's name, mailing address, and what ship you will be sailing on, and at least the month of sailing, I can have a postcard on the way this weekend.

Is it better to request a postcard from a character that will be on ship? My kids' favorite is Stitch but I don't think they would meet him on board. What do you think?

It's really up to you, but I have heard of Stitch being on the ships at one time or another, I just don't know if he is on all the time. I have sent postcards out from Stitch to other children.

Great Job Vman!! the kids got the cards and a tickled pink. They are very excited for the cruise now.

Again I exhort you to kindly ask for a donation to one of your favorite charities in exchange for the postcard.. I would definitely contribute to a worthwhile cause in exchange for the joy the postcards brought my kids..

We are sailing 1 year from today on our FIRST Disney Cruise ever!!!! (FL to CA Panama Canal Cruise). My daughter and I are really excited.

It would be cute if she received a post-card as we wait for this year to go by.

Any character is fine. (Her favorites are the Princessess (Aurora) and Goofy; just in case.)

You will have to let us know how the FL to CA cruise is, as we will be taking the CA to FL cruise in August 2005.

I was wondering if someone in Orlando could send a postcard to my neighbors (a Disney Postcard - not a cruise ship one).

They just came back from Disney with MAKE A WISH and stayed at GIVE KIDS THE WORLD.

On their last day, right before they were to board their airplane for the trip home, they had to be ambulanced to a local childen's hospital and the son and father stayed in Ronald McDonald house across the street. They are home safe now, however she has been running a fever for the last 5 days.

This little girl is precious and is only 3, her brother turns 6 in July and it was a trip for him as much for her. He has been shuffled around left and right during his sister's lengthy hospital stays.

He asked his mom why his sister isn't growing up like the girl across the street who is only a few months older. Very sad, and yet he is the nicest little boy you could meet.

During his trip, he became extra fond of Goofy and Mickey, having his face painted like Goofy and also getting Mickey Gloves. A post card just telling him and his sister that they (goofy and Mickey) enjoyed meeting them ... etc.... I am sure would bring lots of joy and excitement.
