Your children's DCL postcards went out in the mail this morning. They were first sent to Florida so they could receive a Florida postmark. Please allow 10-14 days for the postcards to arrive. Also, if you have more than one postcard coming to your house, sometimes they don't always arrive on the same day, so I think it might be best to make sure all postcards have arrived before handing any out, we want to keep peace in the family!!!



DIS'er holldoll,

I need to know which ship and what month you will be sailing so that I can add that info to your children's postcard. If you could send me a PM with that information, their postcard will be on the way.

We are leaving on the August 19th 3 day Wonder, I think my two kids would love postcards, I will send you a pm with the info. Still sad that we arrn't on the 8/21 Magic with you!!!!! Maybe next time!

I have 3 grandchildren going with us for our first cruise in September. They are all extreme fans of "STITCH" and if I could get any cards sent out to them with Stitch on them I would really appreciate it.

My daughters - ages 9 and 5 are about to take their first disney cruise (actually, first cruise ever) My nine-year-old has read everything she can get her hands on regarding the ship. They are soooo looking forward to this vacation. We're on the July 24th Magic. It would be a great surpirse for them to receive a postcard. Very cool!

Hi everyone! There are just way too many replies for me to sit and read them all so I will just ask and see what comes of this question. I am wondering how I can get a post card sent to my children and how far in advance do you have to do this. We are not leaving until January 15 however I know they would love to get a card. I have a 12 year old and a 6 year old and we have never gone on a cruise before and they are just so excited about going. The other concern is that we don't live in the states and I don't know if they are sent out to Canada? Thanks for any info.

Mailing to Canada is not a problem. All you need to do is send me a PM with your children's names and mailing address, which ship you will be on and the child's favorite Disney character.

Thanks, Andy!! Didn't want to assume and just PM you because I haven't read the thread and didn't know exactly how this all worked. I'm trying hard to get back into the swing of things and keep my mind occupied. I can't wait to gather some postcards on our cruise to bring home and help keep the mailman busy. Can you imagine if the mailman reads these postcards? Must give them a kick too.

Hi Ginny,

The postcards for Kyle and Casey were mailed out on Saturday, they are on their way to Florida to get a Florida postmark. The kids should have their postcards by the end of this week or beginning of next week.
