After two weeks, here's the resonse I got. Of course my address is right. Kris just ripped some of us off
Dear Karen,
We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. This email was forwarded to us by the staff at Disney awards. After a careful review of previous records, this is what we learned. Disney Dollars were sent out back in October/November of 2002. The address they were sent to is:

If this address was incorrect, it may explain why you did not receive the Disney dollars. If the address is listed as correct then it is quite possible that they were lost in transition. I can certainly sympathize with your situation, however, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen Disney dollars. The site previously stated, We are not responsible for prizes once they leave our hands.. After talking to the other co-owners, we regret to say that we will be unable to replace these disney dollars. If we did replace them, we would be opening ourselves to a flood of other members who may have actually received their prizes but wish to get more, as well as go against the previously outlined policy. It also takes more un-earned income out of our pockets. Since we have taken over the site we have been flooded with questions and comments and though it is our policy to do our best to satisfy members, we cannot do so in every case. This is why we are restructuring the program and making it private. We want to make certain everything works as it should with a small group as apposed to a large group. If everything goes well perhaps we may reopen the site to the general public.
Again I do apologize for the delayed response but it was necessary in order to review all information and concur with the other owners on how to handle this situation. I am also sorry that we are unable to help you with this matter.
