Hello, We are going on the 7 night Western on June 3rd. Me, DH, DS-16, DD-2, and D neice-11. I would like to rquest a card sent to our home for the 16 and 2 year old and one to our neice's home. This is her first cruise and I want to make it extra special for her too! Both of our children have gone on DCL before. They are very blessed as our we! Thanks. I will return the favor once we are home!

Verandah Man ~ postcards from "Mickey" & "Stitch" arrived at our home on Monday. I can't tell you all the screaming, excitement, jumping around there was in our home when they arrived. My boys were pretty excited too! We have the postcards up on our kitchen china cabinet so we can look at them daily!

I just wanted to thank you so much for the joy you brought my family. I will be sure to pick up some postcards on our May 20th cruise so that I can bring the same happiness to another family, like you brought to ours!

This is our first vacation that will be just us (I'm a single mom and we've always gone with her grandparents) .....we are both so excited!! I know that a postcard would send her over the top.

I wanted to post this, just so people are aware of the time frame. Rather than me just replying to another post (sorry to break the rules) I would like to send up to 5 cards from Castaway Cay itself. When we sailed last year it took 6 weeks for some of the cards to get home (CC post office was closed, so we had to leave them with crew members who sent them next time they docked at CC)

So if you have a sail date around the middle of October and beyond I will be happy to send you some cards. I wouldn't want anyone disappointed! I can do any of the DCL appearing characters, just so again, not to disappoint anyone who child goes and can't find the character on board (so no Pooh & friends) Drop us a PM with character request, and what sort of thing you want written and obviously the mailing address, and also your sail date, so I can make sure you get it. I will mail internationally also, 8 weeks should be more than enough time for those!

Anyone going this month that could send a postcard to DD5 from CC? We haven't told her about the cruise so this would be her invitation. I think a postcard from Mickey (and Minnie) would be great since it's his ship. We are cruising the 7day Western on 8/26.
