I will start making our PS next week, and I can't wait! This is what I'm thinking:

Sunday-arrival day
Dinner at Garden Grill, Rehitching Ceremony

Monday-MGM
Lunch at 50's PTC

Tuesday-MK day
Breakfast at CRT if I can get it, if not, Crystal Palace
I'm thinking we'll try for an early PS and be inside when the park opens, if not, a later one to be an early lunch

Wednesday-Animal Kingdom
No PS, but I'm thinking we'll eat at Tusker House. Debating on Donald's Breakfastosaurus, but I think we're going to skip it.

Thursday-EE day at MK
Late breakfast at Crystal Palace (if I didn't get CRT for Tues, will try CRT for this day).

Friday-EPCOT
????

Saturday-unplanned day
Will probably eat at Chef Mickey's today, not sure if bkfast or dinner

Sunday-MNSSHP in evening
Dinner at LTT (already have this PS)

Some things i'm not sure of, if we don't get CRT for either of our MK days, on the second one we'll go to 1900 Park Fare. I'm thinking of trying LeCellier for our EPCOT day lunch, but I don't know, I also thought if we don't get CRT, we could do the Princess Breakfast that day. We will be me, DH, ds age 3, and ds age 15 months.

Guess I still need some help!

I too made plans at 1900 Park Fare & Princess SB because I figured I am more likely NOT going to get into CRT. I think you will have better luck with those. I just booked mine and got in fine. I did do it right at 90 days though. Side note: If you are a party of 5 or more it will be harder to get a place so do it asap. Have fun!

Any more thoughts? I start calling in the morning! :bounce:

I am going to try on two different days for CRT, but if we don't get it, I won't be terribly upset, just looking for a good mix of characters at our meals.

Wow....we really think alike! We have a family of 5...three young kids....and our tastes seem to be exact. I think you have a great plan!
Reading your schedule, I was going to suggest LeCellier for your Epcot day....then I saw that's what you did. For your back-up breakfast in case you didn't get Cindy's either morning, I was going to suggest Park Fare....then saw you did that, too!
One thought....if you do Chef Mickey's on your "unplanned day," I would definetly do breakfast instead of lunch.
You've planned very well for your family......enjoy!!

On our unplanned day we have "brunch" at Chef Mickeys and explored CR abit and then wandered over to MK and got the boys's haircuts because the barbarshop was EMPTY!! It was perfect timing! That ended up being our best day too! :earsgirl:

We also did LTT and really really enjoyed that meal. That was definitely in the top 4! (Sci-Fi, Chef Mickeys, LTT & Hollywood & Vine)we spent a good time at LTT, it was relaxing and delish!

I think your list looks great!

Dont miss the whispering canyon over the WL.

If there was a park youd want to get into befor eopening, its the AK so do Donalds there and get a very early PS.

The coral reef will be great for you at Epcot. arrive early, ask to wait for a tank side table and the kids will be transifixed the whole meal, leaving conversation time yfor you and dh.

We like Spoodles for breakfast at the boardwalk.

I think you've got a great plan. Your kids are almost the exact ages mine were in December. I would stick with the character meals. They are most relaxing for all. If your kids are like mine, the big aquarium is only "cool" for a few minutes, then the place is way too quiet and too dark and service takes too long. The character meals have ongoing entertainment. I found Garden Grille and LTT to be best. 1900 Park Fare and Crystal Palace were also good dinners, but the sit down family style was more ideal. We will probably do them all again in Sept. My then 22 month old DS was not too thrilled with CRT or 1900 but loved all the "character meals". I made my PS's last week. I got through first thing every time I tried--except one day I had to wait 4 minutes, but there were still CRTs left when I got through. You should be able to get CRT just start calling at 6:58 Eastern time and as soon as the recording starts hit "1" if the message changes you are through--keep hitting "1" until you get a live voice--if the message keeps playing hit redial as soon as you hear the word "closed". Keep the process up. A wall phone works best where you can hang up with one hand and hit redial with the other.

If you need another PS for Epcot besides Garden Grille, I'd go with Tappanyaki in Japan or possibly Marrakesh because both are lively with lots to watch for the kids. Good luck!!
