I was just skimming through the AAA magazine and noticed something that might be of interest to people looking for something to do away from the parks in April.
The Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana (close to DLR) is having BubbleFest XIII April 4-19. It says "Performance Artist Fan Yang forms spinning bubbles, bouncing bubles, and bubbles within bubbles in hs 'Mega Bubble Show.' Kids can explore the science of the indescent spheres and blow their own colorful bubbles at the learning stations -- and they can have their photo taken while posing inside a giant soap bubble. (714) 542-2823; discoverycube.org "
It sounds interesting. I've never seen Fan Yang perform his bubble tricks but we bought his Bazillion Bubbles at Target last year and they're the best ones we've used.
