IAmazingly, DD's MSP-MCO ticket that I bought a couple weeks ago has gone down $15. (Jan 8-15).

Never having had to ask for a refund before with NW, is there some "handling fee" for a ticket refund credit voucher.

I understand it is $25 per ticket.

I would to be a big change before I would put up with the hassle of doing it.
