From what I understand, Kelsey will be 2 in July. I still have to fill out the official adoption papers. She has been spayed and actually had a litter of pups a couple of months ago.
She was apparently found wondering a busy highway w/2 of her puppies following her. A man found them but couldn't keep them in his apt. He called this animal rescue but they would only accept cats. He attempted to contact the local shelter but they never returned his calls. He ended up taking her back to the cat rescue & they took her in.

She now has a loving home & I am beside my self with joy!

The last I heard, both puppies were adopted but one was brought back. I was lucky enough to see that puppy and boy was it cute!!!!

Hopefully, someone adopted it, again.

Growing up I had a white German Shepard named Snow. I swear, she was one of those really special dogs, a gift from God. I spent most of my childhood with her. She was my bestfriend! I hope your children grow with her and have the same relastionship with Kelsie that I had with my Snow. Snow and I used to go in the woods together, and walk in the creek, looking for crawfish and salamanders. She made my childhood magical. I wish that for your family.

Thanks everyone, our family is so excited to have her. She's been good all day except for a little cat box incident (lol).

Is she a purebred? Looks like a corgi, very sweet, another breed I really like (me and the Queen!) As for the catbox incident, my labbie goes in the toilet and you know how often my kids forget to flush . You gotta love em!! I had a wonderful dog growing up too and they really become a godsend to kids, when they have a bad day, or Mom gets on their nerves they can always cuddle up and tell the dog all their problems. They will listen and always love you no matter what!
