I have BCV points. If I authorize you to sell them how do I know that they'll be used for a 7+ mo. reservation so that I'll receive $13 PP?

I'm not sure that you can guarantee the 7+. I believe they get rented out as people need them which could be either.

Hi Michelle. Yes, we will contact you either way. The office closed at 5:30 tonight so it will probably be right after opening tomorrow at 9:00.

In all seriousness, I listed 150-160 to be rented and I made a rental reservation for 60 points the other day. Do I need to do anything else to ensure they know that I still want to rent the rest of the points, or will they just assume that I will and keep me on the list?

Most certainly. These are your points to do as you wish with them and you are always in control of your points.

We have 148 extra SSR points this year with a Feb. use year. Is that enough points to rent? We have never done this before and are a little wary about it but would like the extra funds for our DL trip in the fall. What is the 70/30 payout?

When you get a reservation match and make the reservation.... Renter pays David full price immediately. He will then pay you 70 percent and the remainder 30 on checkin day. You are guaranteed your payment even if they cancel
