Here now- wrong phone charger- help!

I just realized we packed an old phone charger, which does not fit on my droid. I need my phone! Any places here that have free charging stations? We're at the Boardwalk. Any advice or ideas? I don't have a car or I would go somewhere and buy one.

We broke one last year and front desk was able to charge it for us. This was at Pop Century and they had a box full of different chargers. Possibly try the front desk and see if they have any? You may also want to try the Kodak camera place in EPCOT, they charge camera batteries but may possibly have a charger that will work.

We ended up buying a replacement on Amazon and having it shipped 1-2 day to the resort.

Depending on your transportation, there is a Best Buy express at DTD, and there is a Walmart that isnt that far away.

I was going to suggest asking the front desk as well.

Depending on the length of your stay I'd order one of Amazon.

I would ask the front desk if you could borrow one from lost and found and return upon check out. I would think that they have a box full. As long as you don't have an iphone, any charger will work. All phones use the micro usb charger now except Apple.

It seems like every time we go away we forget one of our chargers. All we do is ask at the front desk, they usually have a big box of chargers that are left in the rooms. We always find one that works.

Definitely ask the front desk first. Droid is a popular phone, they are bound to have one. I used to work at a hotel (not Disney) and we had a bucket full of large zip lock bags filled with chargers labeled with the brand of the phone. If there was more than one of the same charger, we let the guest just keep it.

Good tip! Never really thought about the front desk and borrowing one from lost and found. Man the DIS has the answers!

thanks I will remember that I go to the parks at least 1 time a year and phone chargers seem to be a normal thing forgotten.
