I’m not wrong about the fact that I was just on Maui and got leis multiple places and saw them for sale in every supermarket, ABC store, Long’s, gift shop, etc. There may have been a shortage in May, but it sure looks to be resolved, or at least reduced, by now. And if it were purely a supply issue, Aulani could give out shell or kukui nut lei instead, and still save money.
