I stopped taking the buses specifically due to stroller issues and I was the one with the stroller.
Sorry but I find vacationers to disneyworld are down right rude bordering nasty if the nanosecond the tram pulls up you don't have your stroller folded and child ready to hop on.
Dh and another guest darn near came to blows because she said some thing nasty about not waking my son up and taking him out of the stroller before the bus pulled up at WL. after that I said "never" again. of course my kids no longer use strollers.
I did a trip report and 95% of dissers said it was my fault I should have had the kid out of the stroller instead of making everyone wait.
So sorry we are not the supposedly patient happy guest that we portray ourselves to be here on the boards. Don't even get me started on the rude comments I've heard directed at moms who dare have those "double" strollers.
Unfortunately there isn't any thing disney can do about that. IMO the problem is really we are a more rude, selfish society.
Generally we stay at the deluxes close to Epcot since that is our favorite park so I don't have to worry about slow buses. But I figure since disney themselves advises folks to allocate an hour to get where you are going (which is ludicrous imo) I always figured they were not meant for speed.
