Here now..MK ring carver?

My daughters had their hearts set on getting new engraved rings. Of course I foolishly passed up the Epcot location bc I remembered one in Adventureland. Now it's gone, but I'm getting conflicting info about whether there's another in MK. One cast member said there is one in Frontierland near Splash Mountain. Another said they're only in Epcot & Disney Springs. Anyone here recently know for sure? TIA!
