Finally the time has come! We technically started the holiday yesterday, we drove up to Manchester & stopped at the Radisson Blu hotel. Neither of us slept all that well so we're a little tired this morning.

We're currently sat in the V-Room working our way through breakfast. Our flights at 11 & it can't come soon enough. We can't wait to stop in the AoA for the first time

Thanks for all your comments guys! The flight itself wasn't too bad considering we were delayed by just under 1 hour & half. Thank heavens for the V-Room lol.

We landed in the middle of a downpour & the flight attendant who was near us during landing kept telling us that it had been glorious the previous 3 weeks. I lost track of how many times she said glorious ha ha!

We got to Art of Animation for about 7pm, checked in, got our magic bands and headed to our room. Btw I love love love the Little Mermaid theming

Today we're off to the Magic Kingdom with dinner at Crystal Palace tonight. The weathers supposed to be a bit miserable over the next few days but to be honest it doesn't bother me, I'm just happy to be here.

I'll try and bring some sunshine over there with me then! Last hol I had it had been miserable in Vegas.. not raining but not majorly sunny either.. we turn up and they have a heatwave.. I come home and it's the start of a heatwave and Vegas went back to less sunny weather! Was the same on our hol to Portugal! Think there was only NY where we were unlucky with the weather.. -11C when we landed!! Lol!

Despite weather warnings today has been pretty good. We went for breakfast and then headed for the Magic Kingdom. We narrowly missed the opening ceremony, but not to worry lol.

The weather was cloudy and every so often it tried to rain. Most rides were a walk on so we got quite a lot done. I finally got to ride the Little Mermaid which I quite liked. We decided to head over to Epcot for a bit, had a bite to eat & then used our magic band fast pass for Test Track - which I love. I liked making my own car even if it looked awful. It got us a score of 201

We had reservations at Crystal Palace for 6.40pm so we caught the monorail back to MK. We got seated at 7pm & I have to say I quite enjoyed eating here. We've never been here before so I'm pleased it was a good experience. As we left it was just past 8 & the Halloween party was in full swing. I'm glad we didn't have tickets for this night as it started to rain heavily, we got soaked on our way back to AoA. Weathers supposed to be same again tomorrow so we'll see what happens.
