Here now - FP help!

Waiting to get into MK. Opens at 9. Don't have FP for SDMT and would prefer not to wait forever. Any ideas? Could my husband take our bands and fight the crowd and get a FP or is there a kiosk that would be better. Have a stroller so don't want to get myself and kids in the middle of a stampede if it can be avoided. TIA!

I would just go directly to that ride. I wouldn't think you'd wait longer than a half hour if that right away in AM.

We were there last week and the crowd you are walking in with is either going to A&E or SDMT in fact they let us in 15 early and had the street lined with Cast Members waving and reminding everyone not to run. Even though we had FP+ for it later in the day we thought we would ride it that morning and by the time we walked straight back there was already a 60 minute wait so we didnt wait. But my advice to you is if you really want to ride get in line and wait this morning. We were in MK 4 days last week and it was down every time during some part of the day which means those that have a FP+ for it can come back and ride it anytime which means they push so many FP+ thru that stand by goes so slow. Side bar late in the evenings the lines were around a 60 minutes also and cooler but I would still be afraid it had shut down during the day. Good luck and have a great day!

I doubt there are any FP left for it with this being the day of. However, if you do not have any FP reserved, you can send one person and their band to reserve for the whole party. They would not need your bands if you are all linked in the My Disney Experience app.

I agree that going and waiting right now is about your best chance if you want to ride it.
