Here now, fast pass missing!

grrrr! So irritated, I made my selections 2 months ago and my Frozen ride FP for tomorrow is gone! It was there earlier yesterday and I checked them last night because I was thinking of moving the character greet to a later time and I saw it was just GONE. Went to resort concierge, she said they couldn't do anything. I would have tried to ride it yesterday when the crowds were lower, I'm expecting it to be insane tomorrow. Just had to vent.

On another note, DD13 and I did all 4 parks yesterday with 2 stops at Epcot and a stop at our resort AS Sports within 12 hours. According to my phone, 10.6 miles. Good practice for the 10K in the morning!

I had problems with Frozen this week too. Had booked 2 for friends visiting and 4 for family members (separately). When I went in to the original 2, they were just gone like yours (this was for Tuesday night). I managed to "modify party" for two of ours (since we're local and have ridden multiple times) to their names so they were able to ride but I use MDE a LOT and know I didn't do anything with those FPP's (and I manage the friends so they didn't either). Maybe that's why the FPP line was so short when they did manage to ride? Maybe a heads up to folks to take a pic of their FPP's - I realize it doesn't mean anything but might help convince CM's to allow you in the FPP line if yours suddenly disappear.

I usually have a screen shot of my FP too, but I wonder if that would be enough proof to get me on a ride. People could change their FP selections after they take the picture.

Hopefully it's a glitch and it will show back up. If it doesn't, perhaps Guest Relations at the park can help. If they can't, that really stinks! This last trip, I did take someone's suggestion to do a screenshot of my phone for each day's fastpasses. I didn't have any problems, but was good to be able to see them all at a quick glance without always having to go into the app and wait on it to load. Figured it might also come in handy if something mysteriously disappeared. Hope it reappears for you!

A disappearing FP+ for the most popular ride at Disney is not acceptable. and yes, things happen and technology does not always work but Disney should be giving you a "anytime" FP+ (or whatever its called) to use for FEA. the kids in my family would be devastated if they missed FEA. I do have a screen shot of all our FPs. just my opinion
