We have been here since December 4th. Sorry there are no pictures, but here is a review at the places we ate at.
Crossroads at the House of Blues: we ate here our first night. We had been traveling all day so we were tired. My husband wanted the fried chicken and I the shrimp and grits. We saw the fried chicken and decided to split it. The chicken was juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside with a little kick. We shared the jalapeno cornbread with maple butter...moist and delicious and enough for 4 people. We also split the macaroni and cheese which could have been a meal of its own for $5. Great service. Would give it a 9.
50's Prime Time. My husband had the fried chicken with collard greens. The chicken was great. He did not care for the greens. Personal preference. They were covered in bacon so i assume someone who loves collards would love these. I had the pot roast which was delicious along with the peanut butter and jelly milkshake. For desserts he had smores and i had the Boston cream parfait. Service was fun. When we checked in they said there were no tv tables but we were seated at one. We will give it a 8.
Tutto Italia. We had lunch there. We both had a glass of Proseco. The bread service is nice...breadsticks along with focacia. There was a plate of huge green olives and wonderful olive oil. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs which he really enjoyed. I had a pork chop stuffed with proscutto and fontina over roasted potatos. Delidh. I had the chocolate panna cotta and he had a lemon dessert. We will give it a 10. Service was over the top.
