Yesterday was my installation date for directtv. between 1-5pm. Okay no big deal. I sit, and sit and sit. 4pm some lady calls says "our tech was in a car accident and we need to reschedule" Okay I say - she replies with "july 15th is our first opening"....ummmm no
I advise her that my cable is being shut off tomorrow (today) and that it is not acceptable to wait until the 15th. She calls her manager and calls me back. Okay we can do it tomorrow (today) between 1 and 5....k....thank god I dont work during the week!
She told me to call in the morning and see if they had a closer time, 1-3 or 3-5 etc... so I didnt have to sit here again.
I'm on hold right now, with the district manager, while he tries to figure out where my installation order is. All I can say is- that dish had better show up today!
I hate this....its like they feel my time is not valuable. I have now been on the phone/hold for 13 minutes....
