help!!

Oh dear Elaine you're not having much luck. Sounds like your London Eye problem is not quite the same as mine as I can't get on the DISboards at all whereas it sounds like you can get on the site but can't log on under your name :confused3 Hope you get your replacement tickets soon.

Anyway, having said that I've managed to get on today for some reason, but who knows how long it will last?!

Its terrible, isn't it. Our postman is really nice and he was ever so upset about it. He thinks someone must have been watching him because he only turned his back to walk up a path and a batch of mail was stolen from his bike. He only knew about it because some of the letters including my currency had to be signed for. Some lowlife will be whooping it up for Christmas now. :mad:

Check your DNS servers are being correctly loaded - BT should be using 62.6.40.178, you could try statically assigning IP under TCP/IP properties.

Just in case anyone experiences similar problems, it finally turned out that the fault wasn't with the much maligned BT (oops!!!) but with the router. I've no idea what that is but it's behaving itself now and it's good to have got to the bottom of the problem. Rhiannon's boyfriend sorted it out in the end - lots of Brownie points!!! ;) Thanks for all your help everyone - much appreciated!!!
