Stejohno, a sticky thread is a thread at the top of the of the list of threads that say Sticky before the title.

The sticky thread are the top 5 or 6 threads on the VMK forum that say "sticky" next to them. That means they always stay at the top (the other threads stay in the order of when the latest post was). To make a screen shot you just push the button on your keyboard that says Prt Scrn with Sys Rq under it, it is to the right of the F12 key at top of your keyboard. This copies everything on your screen. Then paste in it a photo program, a generic one is Microsoft Paint (under Start button, Programs, accessories...if you have windows..) Open that program and then go to edit at the top and choose "paste". The whole screen shot should post there. then click the button that looks like a square and drag a box around what part of the image you want to copy. Then choose edit again and "cut". Then go to file, new, and when it says "do you want to save" say no. Then go to edit, paste. You have your picture. Save it. then use instructions to paste in signature or post than can be found on the board if your search....but oh, here's how:

First of all the picture cannot be too big. If the file size is too big, this site will not host it. It will tell you if it's too big, and then you'll need to open it in MS Paint again and crop it again to make it smaller. This is the website:http://www.imageshack.us/ Click where it says "browse" and your computer folder will open. Find the picture you saved, and double click on it. Then click "host it!" on the site. It will take a few seconds, and if the file is small enough, you will go to a page that has several boxes with strings of text in them. Find the one that says "hotlink for forums 1" to the right of the box. Then highlight ALL the text in that box (if you click once in the box it should all highlight) and copy it by holding down control, and hitting the "C" button at the same time. Then when you are editing your signature, or putting the picture in a post, you will hold Control key and "V" at the same time to paste the text into where you are typing (the post, signature, message, whatever). You should see a lot of junk that starts and ends with "URL" in brackets [ ] appear. Preview the post first to make sure it worked. If you got all the text copied correctly, the picture should show up instead of the text.
