I am a lifelong Girl Scout.
I have to say one of my cherished possesions is a minature canoe paddle signed by all the girls we took to the Boundaray Waters Canoe area.

I strongly recommend a photo or something signed she can display. Spa treatments are nice, but they go away. Everytime I look at that paddle I remember that trip and those girls and I either get teary or smile (or both!) It doesn't have to be a big gift, just from you and she will love it.

When you call DCL make sure you let them know that you are GSL's kid and want to do something special. Ask for special pricing and if they have any really great deals. You are a kid with little money and really want to make this trip just as special for your leader as it will be for you girls. Have a great time!! And blessing on you and your mom!!
