Hi, I've just joined and wanted to start a Wish journal. I have 10 posts and thought that is all I needed. I just started a new thread under Wish journals and when I went to post it, it said I was not logged in or did not have permission to post (I was logged in)

Not sure why you would have problems there. You don't even need 10 posts. Sometimes people have problems staying logged in when they try to post. Obviously it worked fine to post here so try again over there.
