Help!!!

Should have done this sooner than 1 hr before i need to book but was just trying out booking adr's online, but will proberbly end up phoning!
2 questions:

my brother, wife & daughter booked their holiday seperate to us but we are all their at the same time (different hotels) they are on free dining but we are not - i'm booking adr's will it be a problem booking a table for all of us when half are free dining & half arnt???

booking online - i dont have a reservation number - how do i book adr's online without one?
i'm registered but cant get past 2nd august & i want to book adr's from 4th - 12!!
(we are in wdw accomodation)

just rang virgin (indian call centre) who gave me a very long reservation number but wdw web site not recognising it
tried brothers very short res nuber - didnt recognise that either

im not liking this online booking!!

You need to ring Disney directly to get your number. They will probably give you an 8-digit number (AB123456 format). The reason your dates aren't showing is because it's not 11am yet. It won't be a problem that half are on the dining plan and half aren't, just pay separately when you have your meals.

the number VH gave is 2 letters & 12 digits - i did ask for the disney reservation number for the accomadation we've booked, & explained it was for adr's & he did go away & check he was giving me the right number???
i've tried a few variations using the letters & 1st 6 numbers etc non work,

what number would i need to ring to ask disney for the res number??

The Virgin number is not what you want. You either want an 8-digit number (two letters and six numbers) or a 12-digit number (12 numbers)- either will work. As I said, you need to call Disney directly. You're better off ringing the dining number now I think, which is 407-939-3463 (with the international code beforehand, obviously). They should be able to pull up your reservation for you.

managed to do it online - just needed to take off the 2 letters! - got everything i wanted
rang for fantasmic on the 10th and they have nothing!!! i find it wierd they offered no times no restaurants - just said nothing available!!

I was looking to book fantasmic package on the 10th but can't book until Tuesday, will change to later in holiday.
