Why do you wash the shirts in vinegar? I have made shirts recently and plan on making many more. Do I use straight vinegar or add water? What exactly do I do? Details, please.

The vinegar wash is a personal choice. I personally have never done the vinegar wash and have had great results - no running, bleeding, etc...
