I'm staying in a Disney owned resort for the first time, and I have a question, and would like some help from a seasoned pro, if possible. :)

I had already booked my trip for 2 people to the Port Orleans Riverside. Someone asked if they could come along. I booked it through OnlineVacationMall, and was wondering if Disney would have a problem if I upped it to 3 people per room?

Thanks for any help you can offer!

Dan

Hi Dan-

Depends on the age of the third person. If they are an adult, you're supposed to pay. I think the additional is $15/night. I'm not sure how you handle it because I am not familiar with your booking agent.

Have a great trip!

Erin:)

Thanks! The 3rd person is an adult. I was wondering if I could just pay at the resort, or if I'd have to cancel and rebook the trip through the agent.

Thanks! :)

When booking through Disney, you can call and amend your existing reservation to include extra people. I'm not familiar with the service you booked through, but perhaps you could contact them and add the extra person to you reservation.

Regarding the charge for adding an extra adult to your room -- I believe is $25 per night.

Good luck and enjoy your vacation!

In the past, when this has happened with us, we just waited until we arrived at the resort and let them know. You won't need an additional room, so it wouldn't affect your reservations. Or, if you like, let your agent know and they can change it. It worked well for us just to tell them at check in.
